Kevin Schimelfenig is President and CEO of SalesForce4Hire, LLC. He has played lead roles in the successful implementation of custom sales solutions for dozens of companies that range from investor backed start-ups to billion dollar conglomerates such as Alcatel-Lucent, Becton Dickinson, Kimberly-Clark, Gojo (Purell Surgical Scrub), and international firms in both South Korea and Japan. He provides important insight used to validate and optimize sales strategy by using the Sales Prototyping® and Sales Accelerator™ models. Over 25-year distinguished career in the medical products industry, includes prior roles with companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Steris Corporation. He has actively participated in dozens of financial arrangements with Angel investment organizations, venture capital, private equity firms and corporate venture arms. Also, he holds board level positions in several companies.

He has extensive experience working with top Pharma as well as private and public life science companies building partnerships that reduced fixed costs, increased development speed, reduced operational risk and optimized portfolio risk. He has served as a strategic ally, using intellectual capital, operational management and financial capital to meet client challenges. Prior to joining SalesForce4Hire, Chip was Global Vice President and Head of Client Solutions at Quintiles as well as Founder of ValueGen Partners, an asset-based private equity firm.

Lidana has an extensive background in HR generalist affairs being both strategic and full hands-on, including experience in strategic management, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management and business operations.
